BuyHow does the quarterly membership work?
Memberships for kids and teens run for one quarter at a time. They renew automatically for another quarter unless canceled in writing before they expire. A short e-mail to contact@zrteambjj.at or a message at the dojo is all it takes.
You can join at any time, even in the middle of a quarter. Before that, there’s a free trial class so your child can get to know the group and the coach.
Which class is right for my child?
Kids 4–6
A playful start, coordination and breakfalls, one 45-minute session per week. Go to the kids page
Kids 7–10
First techniques and partner drills, two 45-minute sessions per week. Go to the kids page
Teens 11–15
Gi and No-Gi, three 75-minute sessions per week, self-defense and competition prep. Go to the teens page
Can parents watch the classes?
Parents are welcome to join for the trial class. For the rest of the course, we ask you to wait in the lounge next to the reception desk rather than by the mat area. That way the kids can focus better and the mat stays clean. After class, the kids come straight to you in the lounge.

How do I book and pay?
You can sign up for adult and kids rates online through our member portal Gymdesk (the “Buy” button) or directly at the dojo. For the pupil and student rate, first upload your ID (PDF, PNG, JPG or HEIC) and you’ll be forwarded to the sign-up form. Personal training and small groups are arranged by e-mail or phone.
Book your trial class in advance on the trial class page so the coach expects you and a loaner gi is ready for you.

How much is the trial class?
Nothing. Your first class at ZR TEAM VIENNA is free, and you get a loaner gi at no charge the first time.
What’s the difference between the annual and the 6-month membership?
Both include all classes. The annual membership is cheaper per month (103 instead of 119 €) and also includes the strength area, open mat use outside class times and 10% off a ZR gi.
Are Gi and No-Gi classes included in every membership?
Yes. All memberships and passes cover every Gi and No-Gi class, wrestling and open mats.
What are the requirements for the pupil and student rate?
You’re under 25 and upload your valid school or student ID as a PDF, PNG, JPG or HEIC. You’ll then be forwarded straight to the sign-up form and get the reduced rate for all classes.
