BJJ for Women in Vienna:
Ladies-Only Class
BJJ for women in Vienna, every Friday, women only: self-defense, technique and sparring in an environment where you feel safe. For complete beginners as well as experienced students, with or without a gi.
What you learn in BJJ for women in Vienna
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is the martial art where technique and leverage matter more than strength. That’s why it works even against bigger, stronger opponents. In the ladies-only class you learn exactly that, step by step.
- 01
Self-defense
Break free from holds and grabs, never feel helpless on the ground: realistic situations, practiced with control.
- 02
Basic positions
Guard, side control, mount and back control: where are you, and what’s your goal there?
- 03
Escapes
Escape from mount and side control, build frames, move your hips, get back up.
- 04
Sweeps and control
Get from bottom to top and hold the position, with technique instead of strength.
- 05
Submissions
Armbar, triangle, chokes from the back: the classics, practiced safely with tapping out as the rule.
- 06
Sparring with women
Positional sparring and free rolling exclusively with women, at your own pace.
